1. We don't accept refund for any sold out goods.,details items refer to RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY.
2. We may remake a new wig base on some issues but the precondition is the wig not worn or cut, it must be the same condition as we shipped out.
3. We will ship your orders in 2-3 days via DHL, UPS , EMS or TNT.
4. Our manufacture time is 23-25 working days and rush order is 15-17 working days.
5. Your information will be kept very secure, we will not tell anyone else. Business is only between both of our parties.
6. Payment accept method: Western union, MoneyGram, Bank transfer ,Paypal,etc.
